Postage and packing charges are based on the value of your order. Standard post and packing will be added automatically to your order at Checkout.

Returns :

If an item is returned because no-one was there to receive it, and it has not been collected from the post office within the time stated on their card, I will ask you to pay the postage charge again to re-send it.

Goods are packaged carefully, but in the unlikely event that you receive anything damaged, please return within 10 days of receipt for replacement.

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you may return any item for a refund (except custom-made) for any reason within 7 days of receiving it, provided that it has not been used and is returned undamaged and in its original packaging. The buyer will be responsible for the costs of returning any unwanted ordered goods to my address as shown on the receipt.

Due to hygiene regulations, under no circumstances can earrings be returned unless faulty.

It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure items for return are packaged securely, especially for items in gift boxes which could be crushed if not protected. If I receive a item for return which has been damaged due to poor packaging (this includes the gift box), an amount will be deducted from the refund to cover the damage.
